First off a big congratulations on your engagement.

A little about our company, it was setup back in 1984 by my late father Jim Lawlor, I have been working at the company for the past 20 years. We have shot weddings in all corners of the country and are known to frequent parts of Europe such as Spain, Portugal and Italy in order to capture one of the most important days in a couples life. We have won many awards over the past number of years and continue to upskill and keep our equipment updated to make sure those cherished moments can be watched back in generations to come.

Why have your special day captured?

• It goes by so fast that you will want to relive it for years to come
• My friend has a camcorder/phone and they’ll capture it, yes your friend might have the latest phone available or is a dab hand at videoing football matches or something, will he have the mics to capture you say your ‘I Do’s’ or will he have the creativity to give you a great photoshoot
• I tell my couples you will probably only watch your full wedding movie a handful of times in the first year, then on your first anniversary, then maybe not till your 3rd 4th or even 5th anniversary, but its the time when unfortunately someone who attended your wedding is no longer with us and you want to here their speech or something at your wedding then the cost of it will never be thought about again.

• I also tell my couples that it’s an investment for their either current younger children or future children who most probably won’t remember the day, they can rewatch it in years to come. We have had daughters of parents who we captured their weddings way back when reach out and want us to capture theirs for them, fortunately for them in the last 40 years cameras have changed dramatically
