We had the pleasure and honour of Everita being our "On the Day Coordinator" over the summer and all I can say is....wow!! I have no words that can even begin to do her justice but I will try. As a fellow planner, OCD organiser and the go to person that usually makes sure everyone else's special day goes to plan, I knew I needed someone with that extra something. I had looked into a few but they just weren't what I wanted or needed... Then I saw Everita reply to a thread on a wedding group I was in on FB and her reply and how she engaged with that person caught my attention. I emailed her and we set up a call. Within 5 mins of being on that call, I knew she was the woman for the job. She just got me, what I needed and how big the job was going to be!!! I had planned the wedding from start to finish, every detail so it was really important to me to have someone there with that attention to detail that could oversee it the way my vision intended it. I had also made a lot of the decor myself ie place-names, table numbers, extra bits for centrepieces, memory area, love story, hangover kits to mention but a few so it was a lot of extra set up and laying out things. There were also a lot of surprises for our guests so a lot of external suppliers and moving parts on the day to deal with. I went into the detail of it all with Everita and she took everything in her stride. We had several chats in the lead up to the day and I just knew I had nothing to worry about which was paramount after putting so much effort into the day and what we wanted our guests to experience. The day itself arrived and Everita was on site early. We went through the run through of the day one last time and then I switched off planner mode and stepped into Bride mode. Knowing she was there, meant I could enjoy my day which was the ultimate goal. She was like a secret ninja, everything went seamless, the day, my vision, she made sure everything was how I wanted it, overseeing every last detail. She went above and beyond with the set up, dealing with the many suppliers and every guest commented on how friendly and helpful she was. My venue (Cabra Castle) spoke so highly of her to me on how well she worked with the venue Coordinators, the staff and anyone that was involved with the wedding. She also took lots of beautiful pictures throughout the day of the setups, features, our surprises and some candid ones of myself and Sean which I was so grateful for because as a bride, you don't really have your phone or the time to take photos. This was something I had casually mentioned in a conversation at the start of our chats......Everita remembered and just delivered. She is the ultimate perfectionist, a secret bridesmaid if you will, so professional, but so friendly like she was one of your friends, but so efficient,not to mention her attention to detail is just phenomenal. Her energy and passion for what she does is incredible and I honestly can't thank her enough for how amazing our day went and allowing me to enjoy our special day as all Brides should....as a Bride!! For anyone that is thinking of having an On the Day Coordinator, there is no one else you will want or need in your corner or by your side on the day but Everita Kenny!!
