A little bit about me…

I live in Blessington, Co. Wicklow. but originally from Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, I’ve called Blessington home for the past 23 years. I’m married to Paul, my wonderful partner of 32 years, and together we have two grown-up children and three beautiful granddaughters who bring endless joy to our lives.

With a 28-year career in the same organisation in Tallaght, I have held diverse roles, including Community Employment Supervisor, Enterprise Development Officer, Project Coordinator, Project Manager focusing on female, ethnic, and social entrepreneurship. These experiences have enriched my journey and fueled my passion for connecting with and empowering others. My passion is GAA and Tidy Towns. I have held a lot of positions in Blessington GAA over the past 19 years and I am currently the Irish Language and Cultural Officer. ‘Tá cúpla focail agam’. I love being part of my local tidy towns group.
