As a professional, qualified Wedding Planner, my specialised service, is to assist couples on their wedding day as their private 'On the Day Co-ordinator', taking care of all their personal requests and managing the whole day.

Having years of P.A. experience to the highest level (CEO), and being highly qualified, fully insured with a Diploma in Wedding Planning (Distinction), this combines my two passions in life, organising and all things weddings.

Sometimes, it can be assumed that the Venue Co-ordinator will take care of everything for you, however, they work for the venue, not the couple, with venue responsibilities only. However, we do compliment each other's role enormously.
I take care of all the personal details, so you can relax, sit back and enjoy this very special time with your new spouse and guests.

No request is too small – I do all the running around, and little errands to help you out and keep you calm and stress-free – which is my aim.
I am your P.A. for the day, your friend, your confidante, your mediator, your trouble-shooter, your crises handler, your personal errand runner, your messenger - in fact, if you need anything at all, I am here for you.

This is a personal and private service, individually designed for couples acting as their own P.A on the day.

Just some of the support I can give:
· Your own detailed, personal timeline created – ensuring a smooth running order for the bridal party all day, from morning until night.
· Main point of contact for all your chosen suppliers (including meet/greet on arrival)
· Ensuring the bridal party have everything they need: flowers, rings, readings, speeches, personal items
· Ensuring the bridal car/suite has your favourite refreshments and snacks to enjoy - with my compliments
· Assistance with attire, if required
· Keeping your favourite lipstick within reach, with a mini mirror and tissues – for those emotional moments you may experience
· Ensuring your Celebrant has everything they need for the ceremony (documentation, water, microphone, flowers, candles etc.)
· Overseeing the ceremony and venue set-up as you wish to have it and helping display your own personal decor items
· Addressing any last minute queries
. Managing any supplier payments due on the day
. Keeping any photograph request lists and song lists close to hand
· Behind the scenes assistance
· Personal items stored away in your bridal suite for safe keeping - including that all important MRF (green folder), and gift envelopes from guests
. Being the 'go to' person on your behalf
· Reassuring you at all times, with a calm, confident and personable manner

Just for you both, I supply a complimentary 'survival kit' and all the little touches you may need – just in case – they do come in handy.

I will have met with you well in advance (perhaps months or weeks ago), and already understand your tastes, likes, dislikes, wishes and concerns – and ensure these are carried out.

You could say I am just slightly obsessed with the finer details of things and of course a huge list lover!

It gives me immense satisfaction personally and professionally to see things through from conception to the end, and making others happy on their wedding day. I have often been the person to organise the weddings, parties and private events for friends, family and colleagues.

    Angela Cain bills herself as the Wedding P.A. but in truth this title does not fully do justice to the help, the support, the advice, the professionalism, the responsiveness, the attention to detail, and the all-around spirit she brings to her work. We were absolutely delighted to have Angela on our side as we planned a wedding in Ireland from the U.S. We explored services that specialize in managing destination weddings early on, but we are both convinced no one else would have worked with us and gone so far above and beyond in the way that Angela did. The big shops cannot afford to—or just don’t need to bother with—the nitty gritty tasks that destination couples often encounter in planning a wedding. You can’t beat having someone dedicated who knows the ins and outs and is local to help you sort out the big and the little stuff—all of which all matters on the day. We encountered a few curve balls, some requiring actual boots on the ground to solve, and without skipping a beat Angela drove two hours—multiple times—to resolve it for us. When the church was unresponsive, she drove out and introduced herself to the parish secretary. When our champagne supplier did not pay the requisite tax, Angela found a solution with the customs office. When we were unsure of all the details necessary to acquire an Irish marriage certificate, Angela ferried our questions to the registrar (and of course, handled the acquisition of the certificate for us in the end). Angela is rigorous, thoughtful, proactive, and creative; she’ll get answers from vendors as well as provide recommendations if you’ve not found what you are looking for. There is no way we would have found the cake artist Angela recommended on our own, and the end result was exactly the vision we had in mind—a five-tier masterpiece in buttercream. In the end, we had a wedding that was beyond what we could have dreamed of, and Angela is a huge part to thank for it. We were indeed guests at our own wedding, and it was marvelous. This is a five-star review but also a sincere thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Angela for your work and your support. Weddings require couples to make so many choices, many of which are challenging—choosing Angela was the easiest and best choice we made.

    Angela is fantastic at what she does. For any Bride and Groom who want to fully enjoy their day and not have to worry about timelines and suppliers etc you really need an Angela in your life. From our first meeting I knew Angela was going to be my fairy God Mother. She took away all the stress and her knowledge of wedding organisation and etiquette is second to none. She was able to advise on all matters, many of which I did not even know about and was by my side on the day of the wedding. She made sure everything ran to plan and established a fantastic relationship with the wedding co ordinator at our venue which meant they formed a great partnership which made my day even more special. Everything went to plan, no panics, no stress just a fun day and this was largely due in part to Angela’s incredible skill and personality. Everyone she met commented on how lovely and professional she was. I cannot recommend Angela and her services enough, so if you want a fairy God Mother on the day of your wedding give Angela a call, it will be one of the best decisions you will ever make.

    From the minute I had my first meeting with Angela, she was so friendly and welcoming. She kept up to date with every little detail in the lead up to our wedding day. She was with me from 8am the morning of the wedding, had speeches and readings to hand, she dealt with absolutely everything, down to pinning the buttonholes on the groom and groomsmen. Words can’t describe how wonderful she was and how calm I was because of her😍. She thought of all the little things that everyone forgets and even got me my own survival kit.     Where to even begin in describing how much everyone NEEDS Angela at their wedding!!! I’m quite an organised person and love planning events, so never would have wanted anyone to plan my wedding for me. I’m also very detail focussed, and the more detailed our wedding plans got, the quicker I realised that I needed some help to actually execute our perfect day. Enter Angela, The Wedding PA! For the 6 months before our big day, Angela was my right hand lady and we really would not have had the day we did without her! We initially met to go over the big plans for the day and to give Angela a sense of what exactly the vision was, covering vendors, timings, themes, etc. We then met several times after that to discuss progress, items still TBC, and to make sure that Angela understood all of our needs. Over the various meetings, every minute detail of the day was covered (more than once!) to ensure that everything was absolutely perfect. Angela is so knowledgeable of the wedding industry and was always able to preempt any questions that I had, or prompt me on items that I had forgotten – not a single detail was missed. She was also able to help recommend vendors for some last minute items which was so helpful when you knew that you could trust that you were getting a reliable and high quality vendor without having to do all the research! In the weeks leading up to the day, Angela was in full action mode preparing a full day-of timeline (down to the minute!) and following up with all of our vendors. She even came along with us to the venue for one of our final meetings to ensure that nothing was overlooked and to help us cover off all of the last minute queries.The evening before, she was also on hand to walk with me through everything; decorations, table plans, running order for the day, photo lists for the photographer – everything! On the day itself,Angela was the absolute dream. Arriving at the venue first thing in the morning, she coordinated EVERYTHING – vendors coming and going, table settings, decoration set up…there was literally nothing we needed to worry about. Right throughout the whole day, she was on hand to ensure all of our vendors were on time and that everything ran smoothly. She even left gift bags with a wedding survival pack for us in our room! We really didn’t have to lift a finger and truly were, as Angela promised, guests at our own wedding. I quite simply cannot recommend Angela enough. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made my life a dream in the run up to the day. I literally didn’t have an ounce of stress in the weeks leading up to the wedding because I knew that my right hand lady had me covered. It was a wonderful knowing that we were in such experienced hands with Angela, and she really enabled us to have the most perfect day.     Angela is a must have for any couple that doesn’t want to worry about logistics and timings on their wedding day. My friend had booked Angela for her wedding and told me that I absolutely had to book her for mine – it was the best decision we made for our day. I like to plan and make sure I know exactly what’s going to happen. Angela made that a millions times easier. She is super organised and made sure our day ran smoothly – from setting up our décor bits, liaising with each of our vendors, creating a bespoke timeline for our day, and paying the vendors that need paying. This meant that we didn’t have to worry about any of this or find family members to help out. Especially for the bride, Angela will deal with any issues that may arise and will not bring it to the bride. If anything went wrong at my wedding, I still don’t know about it! Even in the lead up to the wedding, Angela was a huge help for arranging suppliers – she has loads of contacts and recommendations which made the whole process much easier. We really couldn’t recommend Angela any more highly. She really does help you feel like a guest at your own wedding!
