Stitches Alterations began its journey 40 years ago when it first opened its doors on Francis Street. It later moved to Mary Street before settling in its present home at No. 4 Eyre Street where it has successfully operated for the past 20 years as Galway’s longest running Alterations business.

Stitches is an Irish, family run business, employing a number of seamstress`s expert in their field. Our Customers are important to us which is why we place great emphasis on customer satisfaction. Whether it be a broken zip, cotton facemasks, a skirt that needs altering, curtains for your home or a bridal gown for that very special day, we have the expertise to deliver what you need, when you need it.
